    The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving results. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; New York, NY; or Washington, DC. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy building strong relationships, and are motivated to make an impact, we''d love to hear from you.

    • Developing financial projections, budget models, renewal analyses, and plan design cost estimates using established methods and assumptions while applying sound judgement.

    • Developing age-adjusted health claim cost assumptions and projections that support retiree health valuations and related client work.

    • Supporting vendor procurements by developing bid specifications , reviewing proposals, and organizing quantitative and qualitative findings.
