Heavy Maintenance Materials Coordinator

Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with heavy maintenance providers to address material and tooling requirements.
• Provide updates to Maintenance on material status for each aircraft, including mitigation efforts to address any shortages.
• Oversee the flow of unserviceable parts to ensure they are shipped promptly to designated repair shops.
• Monitor the return of unused material to client stations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 3+ years experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Planning environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.
• Ability to navigate and work with web-based systems.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and extracting part information from technical documentation (IPC, Work Cards, Component Repair Manuals).
• Understanding of current Maintenance processes including MEL and Deferral process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Must be able to work in stressful situations during peak operations.
• 3 years' experience in an Aircraft Operational environment.
• MRO understanding and experience with ordering parts.
• Ability to work independently.
