Help Desk Specialist to provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.

What you will do:- Provide phone and in-person support to users
- Support users with e-mail, directories, and standard Windows desktop applications
- Troubleshoot applications developed under the contract
- Serve as initial point of contact for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot PC and printer problems
What you will bring:- Must be US Citizen
- 2 years of experience in help desk or technical support
- Certification: CompTIA A+, Security+
- Experience with Windows desktop applications
- Knowledge of e-mail systems and directories
- PC and printer troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site at Arlington, VA (Pentagon)
- Clearance: Active Secret required; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
How you will wow us:- Prior experience supporting DoD or DISA end users
- Experience with DoD help desk ticketing systems
- Familiarity with military network environments and protocols

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $55,000.00 to $74,000.00
