Home Care Marketer

Location: Namaste Health - Longmont, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Important Program Update (Hospice Launch Timeline)

Namaste Health is expanding its continuum of care. Hospice services are expected to begin toward the end of 2026. Until that time, this role will focus primarily on private pay home care marketing, with gradual preparation for future hospice service integration.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Home Care Marketer to expand our private pay home care services, strengthen community partnerships, and support Namaste Health's preparation for future Hospice service offerings.

Primary Responsibilities - Home Care Marketing & Business Development

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase private pay service hours.

- Generate new business through outreach and follow-up.

- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, senior living communities, and healthcare providers.

- Represent Namaste Health at community events, expos, and networking gatherings.

- Support digital and print marketing initiatives.

- Track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel.

Caregiver Recruitment Support

- Coordinate with HR on staffing needs.

- Attend job fairs and community hiring events.

- Pre-screen caregiver candidates.

Expanded Responsibilities - Hospice Marketing (As Hospice Launch Approaches)

- Build relationships with hospice-related referral sources.

- Deliver educational presentations to community partners.

- Support hospice market assessments and launch planning.

- Maintain knowledge of Home Care, Home Health, Palliative, and Hospice markets.

- Document outreach and referral interactions.

Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, senior services, or related outreach.

- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay organized.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- CRM/ATS experience preferred.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

- Bachelor's degree not required.
