We are currently assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to see patients in Bridgewater/Taunton/Raynham/MA and surrounding areas.
***Requires 1 year of recent Home Care Physical Therapy experience doing visits in Home Health with a Medicare certified agency. **
Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
No weekends or holidays!
