• Coordinate trip details and help ensure reservations are processed accurately
• Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the planning process
• Answer questions and assist with service requests through email, phone, and online communication channels
• Support clients with schedule adjustments, reservation modifications, and travel updates
• Organize and maintain client records, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Stay informed through training programs, educational resources, and team meetings
