Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating guests promptly, accommodating special needs and large parties.
- Managing wait lists and providing assistance to servers.
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and restrooms regularly.
- Ensuring tables are properly maintained and completing cleaning duties.
- Having a good knowledge of the menu to assist guests.
Qualifications:- Mobility throughout the shift and ability to clean tables and floors.
- Strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to lift objects up to 15 pounds and engage confidently with guests.
Physical Standards:- Able to stand and move for up to 8 hours.
- Attentive listening and professional communication with guests and team members.
