• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff for a smooth seating process.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and accommodate special requests.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide prompt assistance.
• Stay informed about the menu, specials, and promotions to offer accurate information.
• Handle guest complaints professionally or escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and manage table turnover efficiently.
• Uphold grooming and dress code standards while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
