About the Role:
Red Robin in Woodburn, OR is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
• Manage waitlists and reservations using seating management systems
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a timely manner
• Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times accurately to guests
• Coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth table turnover
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with to-go order inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during shifts
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous host, front-of-house, or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
