About the Role:
Ichigo Ichie RI LLC in East Providence, RI is looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Hostess/Busser to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic front-of-house team where your energy and attention to detail will help create an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner
• Manage waitlists and reservations, communicating accurate wait times to guests
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain table turnover
• Assist servers by removing dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, host stand, and entryway
• Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods during shifts
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
