Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

Responsibilities: • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they're providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies • Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager Qualifications: • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position • 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
