Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a friendly and positive attitude. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces

- Restock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and public areas

- Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens

- Maintain a neat and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas

- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

- Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
