We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeperto join our team. Housekeepers play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our rooms and facilities are clean, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards. What You'll Do:
Clean and prepare guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Make beds, replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Complete daily housekeeping assignments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Maintain accurate records of cleaned and serviced rooms.
Monitor and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, and inventory shortages.
Assist guests with requests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
Handle guest concerns courteously and communicate issues to management when necessary.
Help manage inventory and stocking levels of housekeeping supplies and consumables.
Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Properly care for and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
