HR Administrative Assistant

Are you an experienced administrative professional who's dabbled in HR? We have the position for you! Westaff is hiring an HR Administrative Assistant for a clinic in Helena, MT! 

Term: Temporary, 4-6 weeks, potential for permanent for the right fit!

Schedule: Full-Time

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay: $20 - 23/hour DOE

 

What You Will Do:

• Scan documents and enter data into HR software
• Schedule appointments
• Conduct reference checks
• Perform general office and administrative duties 

 

What You Will Bring:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience handling confidential information strongly preferred
• Experience using HR software preferred — specifically ADP, Relias, or Modio 
• Health Care experience preferred
• HR experience preferred
