Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $27.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Associate Generalist to support a leading healthcare organization in Houston, TX. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with strong HR systems, data management, and business judgment skills who can work independently in a fast-paced, shared-services environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Oracle HR data cleanup and validation to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

   

• Assist with job description migration into Oracle.

   

• Map skills to appropriate job profiles and classifications.

   

• Review job-related data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

   

• Make informed judgment calls regarding skills, classifications, and job profiles.

   

• Copy and enter structured job data into designated Oracle fields.

   

• Validate system-generated skills and determine whether they appropriately align with job profiles.

   

• Identify discrepancies and make appropriate corrections or recommendations.

   

• Apply broad HR knowledge to support various HR-related functions and projects.

   

• Collaborate with HR teams and business partners to ensure data quality and consistency.

   

• Maintain confidentiality and follow established HR policies, procedures, and data standards.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

   

• 2+ years of HR Generalist, HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or related experience preferred.

   

• Experience working with HR systems and employee/job-related data.

   

• Experience with Oracle HR or other HRIS platforms preferred.

   

• Strong understanding of HR processes, job structures, skills, and classifications.

   

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.

   

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

   

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

   

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

   

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with HR teams and business stakeholders.

   

• Broad HR knowledge and the ability to work across multiple HR functions.
