·Grade 12 or equivalent at NQF level 4·National DiplomaDegree in Human Resource ManagementMinimum Three 3 years HR experience in a similar role within a mining environment·Extensive PA SAP experience preferably in a mining environment·Extensive workforce planning knowledge and experience·Computer literacy related to HR Information Systems Time Attendance Systems and Microsoft Office Suite ·Knowledge of Firefly system will be advantageous·Practical experience in manning resourcing employee wellness systems and processes ·Presentation skills·Medical Certificate of FitnessAs our HR Business Partner some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to·Manage labour and ensure that employee movements are aligned to the recruitment strategy and the labour business plan·Promote diversity equity and inclusion and foster a high performance organisational culture·Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation·Conduct analytics on planned and unplanned absences on a daily basis and produce daily reports on labour statistics·Coordinate the scheduling of planned and unplanned absences for workforce under area of responsibility in accordance with planned absence budget parameters i.e. leave training induction·Advise line management on disciplinary processes and procedures·Monitor and resolve disciplinary incidents in accordance with disciplinary processes and procedures·Manage and administer the conditions of employment·Monthly and ad hoc reporting of all HR related activities·Perform any other HR related activities associated with the role
