Job Title: HR Compliance & Employment Practices Specialist
Position Overview
Cox Media Group (CMG) is seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded HR Compliance & Employment Practices Specialist to join the People Solutions team. Reporting to the SVP of People Solutions, this role partners with HR, Legal, managers, employees, and external vendors to deliver compliant, well-documented, and employee-centered outcomes across Television, Radio, and Corporate functions.
This role strengthens CMG's employment compliance foundation by managing critical programs with accuracy, discretion, and disciplined follow-through. The HR Compliance & Employment Practices Specialist will help ensure workers' compensation, workplace accommodations, policy governance, immigration administration, FCC/EEO reporting, and annual compliance training are executed consistently, documented appropriately, and aligned with legal, regulatory, and business expectations.
