We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist II / Recruiting Consultant to manage full lifecycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven recruiter with strong experience in strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, hard-to-fill recruiting, offer negotiation, and applicant tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.

• Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.

• Use multiple sourcing methods, including:

  • Direct sourcing

  • Internet recruiting

  • Networking

  • Database mining

  • External research

• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, behavioral attributes, and organizational fit.

• Recruit for specialized, hard-to-fill, and unique positions.

• Provide market intelligence and recruiting recommendations to hiring leaders.

• Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

• Manage the offer process, including salary recommendations, negotiations, and candidate close strategies.

• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.

• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate information in applicant tracking systems.

• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Manage multiple openings and priorities with strong follow-through.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated experience with:

  • Strategic sourcing

  • Candidate assessment

  • Consultative recruiting

  • Stakeholder management

  • Problem solving

  • Influencing hiring decisions

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

• Experience recruiting hard-to-fill or specialized positions.

• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, compliance, compensation considerations, and offer management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organization, project management, and follow-through.

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within a large corporate, utility, energy, engineering, or technical environment.

• Experience using market data and talent intelligence to influence recruiting strategy.

• Experience building targeted and diverse sourcing pipelines.

• Strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
