UCSF''s Temporary Employment Program (TEP) recruits and hires temporary employees for immediate clerical and technical support services to UCSF Departments and various off-campus locations. UCSF departments deploy temporary employees to work on special projects, fill in for regular employees who are on vacation or leave, or to temporarily fill a vacant position during recruitment. Frequently temporary employees become successful candidates for career and limited appointment positions.
As UCSF transitions Oracle HCM into production, a dedicated Tier 1 hyper care capability is required to stabilize operations, protect the employee experience, and prevent avoidable escalations to Tier 2, Tier 3, and payroll-critical workflows. The Generalist 2 positions are required to provide this capacity during the hypercare and interim sustainment period following Phase 1 go-live. Applies professional human resources, organization policies and procedures to provide guidance to employees, supervisors and managers to resolve a variety of human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity.
