Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Support employee relations, policy administration, and HR compliance activities.
Coordinate recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and personnel documentation.
Assist with benefits administration, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

3+ years of Human Resources experience.
Knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and HR compliance practices.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
