Position Summary
Working in close partnership with the Senior Employee Relations Manager (SERM), the Human Resource Generalist is a results-driven professional responsible for supporting daily human resources operations and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department. This role plays a key part in enhancing the team member experience, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
