Description
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Site Oversight: Coordinate daily HR operations across various locations, ensuring consistent policy application and culture.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including FMLA, ADA, and wage/hour regulations.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, specifically for specialized healthcare roles.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for staff, investigate complaints, handle grievances, and mediate disputes.
- Performance & Training: Administer performance management systems and develop training programs to support staff growth and safety.
- Benefits & Compensation: Manage employee benefits, open enrollment, and ensure compensation alignment with market rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years in HR, with specific experience in healthcare settings (hospitals, clinics) and managing multiple locations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
- Systems: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, Workday) and ATS.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication, and the ability to travel between sites
