Responsibilities of the HR Generalist

• 
  
• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
• 
  
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and new hire processes.
• 
  
• Serve as a resource for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• 
  
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• 
  
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.

• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation.

• Assist with HR reporting, special projects, and process improvements.
