Description

  • Support recruitment and selection efforts for internal and external openings, including global roles where applicable.
  • Process requisitions and/or Job Offer Information forms; scan and maintain completed documents in employee personnel files.
  • Coordinate job advertisement and posting processes, ensuring appropriate internal and external outreach sources are notified.
  • Monitor careers email inbox, online application systems, and candidate correspondence daily.
  • Review, distribute, and track resumes and employment applications as appropriate.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, candidate travel, and logistics as requested by hiring teams.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes including drug screens, reference checks, and background checks.
  • Respond to applicant inquiries in a timely, professional manner to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain required Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) recruitment data and documentation for U.S.-based roles.
  • Prepare recruitment and new-hire packets, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Manage the full-cycle onboarding process, including communications, document completion, orientations, and new-hire setup.
  • Process new-hire IT system access and equipment authorization requests.
  • Partner with IT, Facilities, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure new hires are fully onboarded and productive on day one.
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and maintain accurate onboarding records.
  • Assist with employee investigations, documentation, and corrective action processes as directed by HR leadership.
  • Support performance management processes, including documentation and tracking.
  • Promote a positive employee experience and reinforce company values and workplace standards.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee and applicant records in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support compliance initiatives related to recruiting, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and HR metrics as needed.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in and support HR projects and initiatives such as process improvements, system implementations, policy updates, or engagement programs.
  • Assist with HR communications, training coordination, and change management initiatives.
  • Perform additional HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience, with a strong emphasis on recruiting and onboarding.
  • Experience supporting employee relations activities is preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-location or fast-paced environment is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
