HR Generalist

Location: On-Site

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of Human Resources experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate ambiguity, and brings a strong sense of urgency to their work.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, outgoing, and relationship-focused demeanor
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a changing environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Technical Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Candidates will be evaluated during the interview process and must demonstrate the ability to:

• Create and manipulate Pivot Tables in Excel
• Perform VLOOKUP functions in Excel
• Develop professional presentations in PowerPoint
• Analyze and organize data effectively

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations activities
• Assist with onboarding and new hire processes
• Conduct and coordinate new hire orientations
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Training & Development

• Coordinate employee training programs
• Assist with learning and development initiatives
• Track training completion and employee development activities
• Support organizational growth and career development programs

Performance Management

• Assist managers and employees with performance management processes
• Support performance review cycles and documentation
• Help implement employee engagement and retention initiatives

Compensation & Payroll

• Assist with compensation administration and employee pay-related inquiries
• Support payroll processing and auditing activities
• Maintain payroll-related records and reporting
