Job Title: HR Generalist
Responsibility Summary/Job Description
This individual will document, manage, research, and provide HR Records information to internal and external constituencies for things such as rehire eligibility, employment verification, UEI claims, etc. Their responsibilities will include the following:
- Conduct HR Records research to provide information to associates and leaders, e.g., gathering and providing information for UEI claims.
- Managing and providing all the different state specific policies to associates and leaders
- Entering information into PeopleSoft and administering DocuSign.
- Communicate policies and processes with leaders and associates, e.g., providing information about how to transfer workers from one department/leader to another.
Required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED.
- Flexibility with the ability to quickly shift priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly writing skills because most of their communications will be through email.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others
- Strong attention to detail (these individuals will be completing work that is highly regulated and will work closely with the legal, so it is imperative the information they are providing is accurate)
- A self-starter who is self-reliant. Someone who takes initiative and does not require micromanaging, e.g., someone who will complete their work and take the initiative to let their leader know they can take on additional work.
- Basic MS Excel skills required to manage spreadsheet trackers.

• HR experience is highly preferred
