HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DOJob Description:- This HR Manager role will play a critical part in supporting a growing site during a significant expansion phase. Partnering closely with site leadership, operations, and training teams, the HR Manager will help ensure successful onboarding, integration, and engagement of a rapidly expanding workforce. The role will focus on fostering a strong culture aligned with 4i Values, supporting leaders through workforce growth, and helping drive colleague performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the employee experience and contribute to the long-term success of a developing site. This is a temporary assignment with the potential for conversion to a permanent position, dependent on business needs and performance.
Culture and Expectations:- This role will interact with the Managers mainly, but there will also be touch base-face to face with newly onboarded workers.
- Will use Workday and MS office
- Potentially getting feedback from new hires
- Partner with site leadership to support workforce growth initiatives and organizational effectiveness during a period of expansion.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and training teams to support successful onboarding, assimilation, and development of new colleagues.
- Monitor workforce trends, engagement, retention, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Coach and support people leaders in managing employee performance, engagement, and development.
- Help drive a positive colleague experience by reinforcing culture and 4i Values throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support change management and communication efforts associated with site growth and organizational initiatives.
- Utilize HR data and insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making
Requirements:Required Skills:- 2-4 years of experience as HR manager
- Performance management
- Talent Development – actions plans, corrective action
- Experience driving metrics in the Org (turnover, TTF, Performance)
- Worked with change management in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:- Experience in a clinical resource organization
- GMP or quality background beneficial
Degree/Certifications:- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – prefers HR degree or Business Admin
