HR Solutions Analyst - Workday Position Type: Full Time, Exempt. Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 annually DOE; may be eligible for bonus. Location: This position is based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California. This position offers a hybrid work option after a 90-day probationary period (not fully remote). We are only considering candidates who have experience in Human Resources (either as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner), along with Project Management, analytical experience, and hands-on Workday expertise. This role requires a combination of hands-on HR experience across all areas of HR (recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle management), business analysis, and Workday system optimization. You’ll partner with HR teams, IT and business stakeholders to enhance, optimize processes in and out of Workday, and deliver impactful HR technology projects from kickoff to implementation.
