Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Looking for someone highly experienced in LOA (Leave of Absence) and ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
- Strong communication and real-time responsiveness are important.
- Candidate should be comfortable monitoring and responding to:
- Leave of Absence inbox
- Reasonable Accommodation inbox
- Must communicate professionally with employees and HR VPs, including proper grammar and appropriate responses.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree listed, but candidates without a degree may be considered if they have strong, relevant experience.
- LOA and ADA/Reasonable Accommodation experience are both required.
- Industry background is flexible; healthcare experience is acceptable if the candidate has strong LOA/ADA experience.
- Certifications are a plus.
- HCM/HRS platform experience required, but specific systems are not mandatory.
- Experience with comparable systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or other HCM platforms is acceptable
