Description
- Serve as a trusted strategic HR advisor to VP, GM, and other senior business leaders across a complex, global organization.
- Partner directly with business leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, hiring, and organizational effectiveness.
- Help leaders translate business challenges into actionable people strategies and solutions.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop practical strategies to attract, develop, retain, and deploy talent.
- Support leadership development and talent management initiatives across the organization.
- Work across a highly distributed organization, building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations and functions.
- Act as a catalyst for change and help elevate the overall strategic impact of HR within the business.
- Operate as an individual contributor with significant influence and visibility rather than through direct people management.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Prior experience as a Plant HR Manager, HR Manager, or HRBP supporting a manufacturing/operations environment.
- Strong understanding of core HR disciplines including talent management, organizational design, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Experience working across multiple sites, business units, or geographies.
- Exposure to M&A, organizational transformation, or significant organizational change.
