HRBP/HR Gen

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global transportation company in Seattle, WA, to hire a contract Senior HR Generalist. This role will support a diverse workforce of union and non-union employees, providing hands-on HR guidance, managing employee lifecycle transactions, and partnering with leaders to ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance standards are effectively executed.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide human resources guidelines, and aligns human resources solutions to support company

• Participate in change management initiatives and process improvements

• Assist with employee documentation management and HR record maintenance

• Provide support for leave of absence administration and employee accommodations

• Guide managers through HR policies, procedures, and employment-related decisions

• Support employees with HR self-service tools and system navigation

• Assist with employee relations matters and workplace concerns as needed

• Maintain an accurate HRIS program and support HRIS implementation activities

• Collaborate with HR leadership on special projects and business initiatives

Qualifications needed:

• 5 plus years of progressive Human Resources experience

• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration

• Experience managing employee changes, terminations, and related documentation

• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Comfortable supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $40.00 to $55.00 per hour
