    Our client is a company focused on the research and development, as well as manufacturing, of electrical equipment. The company is committed to technological innovation and holds multiple patents, with products widely used in the fields of electricity, transportation, and construction. With a strong R&D team and advanced production facilities, the enterprise enjoys a good reputation in both domestic and international markets. To further enhance the company's supply capabilities in the U.S. market, the company has decided to recruit an experienced HRBP manager to help establish a compliant and effective human resources operation system.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing human resources functions in international subsidiaries, addressing the management requirements of various business units, and enhancing standards and processes related to human resource management;
    • Possessing a thorough understanding of business environments, identifying challenges, and creating as well as executing HR strategies that encompass talent identification, recruitment, employee development, organizational governance, culture enhancement, and compliance oversight;
    • Skillfully merging resources from headquarters with regional operations to establish HR policies tailored for overseas entities while overseeing their execution and refinement;
    • Managing both external partnerships and internal collaboration efforts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in human resources or related fields;
    • More than 5 years of human resources work experience, with management experience in the manufacturing industry.
    • Detail-oriented and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
    • Candidates with experience in establishing a human resources system from scratch for a production factory and building teams are preferred.
    • Candidates who have worked in human resources field in Texas and are familiar with the relevant laws and regulations there are preferred.
    • Bilingual candidates in Chinese and English are preferred.
