Human Resource Manager
Salary: $60,000-$62,500/Year
Location: St. Paul, MN (In-Office Position)
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8:00am – 5:00pm

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, employee relations, investigations, workers compensation, FMLA and basic HR functions. This role will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws.
To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.

Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor's Degree in an HR-related field, or Associate's Degree and 2 or more years of progressively responsible HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
