ARS is seeking a Human Resources Support professional to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) CROWS Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The Human Resources Support (General) position provides personnel and administrative support for Department of Defense workforce management initiatives by assisting with personnel actions, staffing activities, organizational readiness, and program administration. This position supports the planning, tracking, and execution of human resources processes, ensures compliance with applicable policies and directives, and collaborates with Government leadership to maintain accurate personnel records, workforce data, and management reporting

Responsibilities include:

  • Support DoD personnel actions, workforce planning, staffing initiatives, and organizational readiness activities.
  • Prepare, process, and monitor personnel actions, assignments, promotions, in/out-processing, and personnel records.
  • Maintain suspense systems and track personnel actions to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable policies and directives.
  • Compile, organize, analyze, and report workforce data to support management decisions and personnel initiatives.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and tracking the status of personnel actions and recruitment activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and update knowledge management resources, process documentation, and personnel reference materials.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of personnel data, transaction registers, and management products to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Government staff, team leads, and program stakeholders to prepare reports, briefings, and meeting materials.
  • Provide guidance to customers on personnel programs, web-based personnel systems, and administrative processes.
  • Support special projects and workforce initiatives in support of organizational objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources.
  • Experience supporting DoD personnel actions and civilian manpower systems (e.g., GS, AcqDemo).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
  • Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience supporting personnel administration, workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and organizational readiness.
  • Experience maintaining personnel records, monitoring personnel actions, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies and directives.
  • Ability to organize, analyze, audit, and report workforce and personnel data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
