Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a Part Time Human Resources Assistant who is organized, customer-service focused, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do

• • Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate administrative processes such as employment verifications, compliance tracking, and employee communications.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources team while promoting a positive workplace culture.

About You

• • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of clerical, administrative, or office experience required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 / hr DOE - Schedule: Part Time 30hrs / week, flexible.
