What you’lldo
Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced hiring needs, managing the end-to-end process from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer acceptance, offer creation and onboarding in a metrics- and scorecard-driven environment.
Proactively source, engage, and assess talent through a variety of channels, while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and adherence to internal recruiting processes.
Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams to develop and execute effective hiring strategies, provide market insights, and guide best practices throughout the selection process.
Coordinate and oversee interview logistics, candidate communications, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Gather, analyze, and leverage feedback from candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and new hires to continuously enhance recruiting processes and outcomes.
Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor hiring progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
