Position:                  Human Resources Manager, ITW Fluids NA Division

Reports To:             Division HR Director

Location:                 Onsite - Olathe, KS

Working closely with leaders and employees, you'll lead day-to-day HR activities and turn business needs into practical solutions that develop talent, strengthen teams, and drive performance.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with leaders and employees to build high-performing teams and engaged workplace culture. Coach managers through employee concerns, performance and development discussions and consistent policy application.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding efforts to attract, hire, and successfully integrate top talent.
• Support talent development through succession planning, talent reviews, and employee growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR information, coordinate leaves, compensation, performance management, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Build a deep understanding of the business so you can identify opportunities, solve problems, and support initiatives that improve performance, compliance, and safety.

Experience and Qualifications

Required

• 3-5 years of progressive hands-on generalist experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, talent development, performance management and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of employment requirements and HR practices which judgement to recognize when additional guidance is needed.
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers, handle sensitive concerns, and communicate clear recommendations. 
• Ability to prioritize competing needs, work independently, and follow through while collaborating across functions. 
• Experience maintaining HR records and using data to identify issues and recommend action. 
• Clear written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and discretion with confidential information. 

Preferred

• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
• Ability to travel domestically, approximately 30% for facility visits.

Compensation Information:

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
