HRBP is essential in engaging and supporting leaders and employees through various HR initiatives, operational processes, tactical issues, and employee relations efforts.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a cultural driver, bringing about positive organizational change, and fully embracing and promoting the company culture. A successful candidate will be passionate about HR practices and have experience as a strategic business partner. The Sr. HRBP will support HR initiatives, with a heavy focus on strategic talent acquisition, will develop and facilitate training to meet business needs, and deliver value by supporting employee relations activities.

Main Responsibilities:
Engages leaders and employees in the delivery of HR processes, procedures, and practices within the assigned business unit(s).
Coaches leaders and employees on people management and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Leverages Visions Strategic Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards) to build a pipeline of top talent, drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, training, and development, and offer market-competitive compensation and benefits.
Identifies performance gaps in individuals, teams, and leaders, as well as organizational structure, and acts as a performance improvement driver to promote and implement change management initiatives within the assigned business unit(s).
Implements and evaluates people management practices designed to enhance individual, team, and business performance.
Promotes and drives the transfer of best practices across HR and throughout the organization, as applicable.
Processes payroll using ADP software.
Leads or participates in special projects as required.
Skill & Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or diploma is required in human resources or a related field.
PHR, SPHR, or other HR-related certification is preferred.
4+ years of human resources working experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR law/compliance, compensation, organizational development, leadership development, hiring/termination processes, and risk management.
Considerable knowledge of payroll preparation, calculation, and processing methods.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
