Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations, policies, and employee relations.
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and client requirements.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Partner with executive leadership on HR strategy and organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven HR leadership experience, including developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Experience developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the IT, software engineering, or professional services industry preferred.
• Experience supporting international teams and managing HR matters across multiple jurisdictions is a plus. xxzpjkt
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) are a plus.

Working Conditions and Benefits

Compensation: $90k - $200k
