We are seeking a temporary HR Generalist to provide operational support to a Corporate HR Business Partner team. This role will support a range of HR activities including employee relations, position management updates, HR data reporting, and offboarding processes.
<\/p>
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast -paced HR environment, and experienced with Excel and HR data management.
<\/p>
This position is a short -term contract expected to run approximately 320 hours.

Position Overview
<\/h2>
The HR Generalist will assist the HR Business Partner team with day -to -day HR operations, including employee relations coordination, HRIS updates, and HR reporting support. This role will also partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure timely execution of HR processes.
<\/p>
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>
HR Operations Support
<\/h3>
<\/p>
• Provide operational support to the Corporate HR Business Partner team
<\/div>
• Process position management updates including new roles, reclassifications, cost center updates, supervisor changes, and business unit assignments
<\/div>
• Submit and track HR job actions including requisitions, promotions, job changes, and terminations
<\/div>
<\/p>
Employee Relations Coordination
<\/h3>
<\/p>
• Schedule and conduct investigation interviews as part of employee relations cases
<\/div>
• Track performance improvement plans (PIPs), deadlines, and required follow -ups
<\/div>
<\/p>
HR Reporting & Data Management
<\/h3>
<\/p>
• Partner with HR reporting teams to prepare and analyze HR data
<\/div>
• Manipulate HR datasets using Excel for reporting and operational insights
<\/div>
<\/p>
Offboarding & Employee Experience
<\/h3>
<\/p>
• Conduct exit interviews
<\/div>
• Manage offboarding documentation and processes
<\/div>
• Serve as point of contact coordinating work with HR Centers of Excellence including leave management, ADA accommodations, compensation, and employee experience teams
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
Required Qualifications
<\/h2>
<\/p>
• 2–5 years of HR experience
<\/div>
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
<\/div>
• Experience supporting HR operations or HR business partner teams
<\/div>
• Strong organizational and time -management skills
<\/div>
• Ability to manage confidential employee information
<\/div>
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
<\/div>
