Beloit Health System is hiring for a Part Time Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources Department at Beloit Health System. 

  • Shift: 1st- Part Time 
  • Schedule: 8:30a-5p, may vary
  • Hours per week: 20 hours per week
  • Benefits Status: Benefits Eligible
  • Department: BMH Personnel

The Human Resources Generalist is a part time, fully onsite position in the Human Resources. The Human Resources Generalist will assist the Director in compilation and analysis of data for compensation changes. Reviews, tracks, and document compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments. The Human Resources Generalist performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including: data/process analysis and reporting, compensation, benefits/leave programs, disciplinary programs, disciplinary matters, disputes/investigations, performance/talent management, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position will also support office coverage and administrative HR duties.

Job Requirements

  • Education Required: Associate degree in HR, Nursing or Related field, Bachelors preferred.

  • Equivalent direct HR experience, a minimum of 3 years may be considered in lieu of degree with enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree Program.

  • 2+ years of HR experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal.

  • Strong conflict resolution and organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
