    Key Responsibilities/ Tasks

    • Drive projects/ tasks in service of improvement of Time & Attendance Processes at the site.
    • Drive projects related to streamlining and harmonizing I-9 process.
    • Create SOPs and build T&A capabilities within site for managers to own and drive the process.
    • Develop and Standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance and Absenteeism Management.
    • Work with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels in the org to drive projects and focus areas.
