Human Resources Generalist - Denver, CO - Contract - $30-40 Per HR
Join our team as a Human Resources Generalist based in Denver, CO. This onsite contract position involves partnering with management and employees to support key HR functions. Responsibilities include employee relations, compliance, and HR systems management using a general HRIS platform.
Description
- Act as a strategic HR partner and advisor to both management and employees.
- Drive employee engagement and ensure adherence to employment laws.
- Manage employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives.
- Support organizational objectives through effective HR practices.
- Utilize HRIS platforms for employee records and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake, investigation, and resolution of employee concerns and complaints.
- Provide guidance on performance management and policy interpretation.
- Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and support audits and reporting requirements.
- Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong experience in employee relations, including investigations and resolutions.
- Experience managing benefits enrollment and HR compliance.
- Proficient in using HRIS platforms.
