Title: Human Resources Generalist I
Location: 7300 South Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL, 60629

Pay Range: $20/hr - 25/hr
Work Hours: 7am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities/ Tasks
-Drive projects/ tasks in service of improvement of Time & Attendance Processes at the site;
-Drive projects related to streamlining and harmonizing I-9 process
-Create SOPs and build T&A capabilities within site for managers to own and drive the process
-Develop and Standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance and Absenteeism Management
-Work with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels in the org to drive projects and focus areas

" Data and Analytics- Proficient in working with various People data and metrics and deriving insights into trends and causalities to eliminate losses; High Proficiency in MS Excel
" Root Cause Mindset- Ability to analyze problems down to the root cause and balance between immediate fixes and developing long term systemic solutions to frequently occuring problems
