This position is onsite.The salary for this position is $65k - $85k.RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for hourly manufacturing rolesSupport onboarding activities and ensure a smooth new hire experienceAdminister payroll and benefits-related processes while serving as a resource for employee questionsAct as a day-to-day HR point of contact for employees and leaders across the organizationSupport HR operations and maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS systemIdentify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within HR systems and workflowsSupport talent development and retention strategies to strengthen organizational effectivenessThe HR Generalist will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIRED3+ years of HR experience requiredAssociate's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degreeExperience with benefits, onboarding, and general HR operationsStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExperience working within an HRIS system and improving processes and efficienciesEqual Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
