Pay Rate: $28.84/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, leave management, compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention activities.
Support employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Assist with FMLA, medical/military leave, return-to-work, and workers’ compensation processes.
Support employee benefits, open enrollment, and benefits-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and payroll/HRIS data.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Assist with employee investigations, separations, unemployment claims, and verification requests.
Partner with managers on HR policies, job descriptions, training, engagement, and recognition initiatives. Requirements:
3+ years of HR experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field required.
Recruiting experience required; retail or pharmacy experience preferred.
Experience with federal and multi-state HR compliance.
Knowledge of employee relations, FMLA/leave management, benefits, and HRIS/payroll systems.
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
HR certification is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily sedentary office work with occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
