Human Resources Generalist

Location: On-Site | Manufacturing Environment
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience (anticipated range)

About the Opportunity

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is partnering with an established manufacturing organization seeking a proactive, personable, and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building relationships, partnering with hiring managers, and taking ownership of recruiting and day-to-day HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done!

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining an active candidate pipeline.

• Onboarding & Employee Support: Partner with department managers to coordinate onboarding, support new hires, and ensure a positive employee experience.

  
  
• 
  

• Employee Relations: Assist with personnel concerns, provide day-to-day HR support, and help maintain positive relationships between employees and management.

• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with department leaders, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep hiring processes moving efficiently.

• Plant Floor Engagement: Maintain an approachable HR presence by connecting with employees and managers throughout the facility.

  
  
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or a combination of both.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  
  
• 
  

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to support staffing needs.

  
  
• 
  

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  
  
• 
  

• A proactive, self-motivated professional who can manage competing priorities.

  
  
• 
  

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, on-site environment and engaging with employees at all levels.

  
  
• 
  

• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience is a plus.
