LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively recruiting Human Resources Generalists in the Denver Metro Area for upcoming job opportunities with our clients. These opportunities may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire. Typical compensation is between $65,000 and $75,000 annually or the hourly rate equivalents. If the role is temporary or temp-to-hire, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).

Typical Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Entering and updating employee information in the HRIS
• Conducting Employee Relations investigations
• Benefits and payroll administration
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Answering general HR inquiries from employees
• Tracking employee training
• All other related tasks as required

Typical Qualifications:

• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Human Resources role
• Previous experience with HRIS software
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Typical Compensation:

• Annual salary between $65,000 and $75,000 or the hourly rate equivalents
