Pay: $35 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced human resources generalist to support daily HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and experience handling employee relations, hiring, onboarding, and company policies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support benefits administration and policy compliance.
  • Assist with performance management and employee training.
  • Ensure HR practices follow company policies and applicable employment laws.
Requirements
  • Previous Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
