Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist

• 
  

• Create job postings, source candidates, and conduct phone screenings.

  
  
• 
  

• Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding and orientation.

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with recruiting efforts and the interview process.

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain and update employee records, policies, and the employee handbook.

  
  
• 
  

• Support employee performance reviews and various employee relations initiatives.

  
  
• 
  

• Process and administer FMLA and other leave requests.

  
  
• 
  

• Partner with leadership on HR projects and day-to-day employee support.

  
  
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist

• 
  

• Previous Human Resources experience or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with recruiting and onboarding preferred.

  
  
• 
  

• Knowledge of FMLA, employee relations, and HR best practices is a plus.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  
  
• 
  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  
  
• 
  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
